Refund Policy

ScopeThis Policy applies to subscriptions purchased directly from Neuvana Systems Private Limited for the RestroIQ web-based POS Service.
1. Monthly Subscriptions
- No refunds. Payments for monthly plans are strictly non-refundable.
- Cancellation stops future auto-renewal only; access continues until the end of the paid month.
2. Yearly Subscriptions
- Free Trial: Every yearly subscription includes the first one (1) month free of charge as a trial period.
- No refunds after trial: After the first month, payments for yearly subscriptions are non-refundable.
- If you choose to cancel during the trial month, no payment is due. If you continue beyond the trial, the yearly payment becomes binding and non-refundable.
3. How to Cancel
- You can cancel during the trial month by contacting us atbuddy@restroiq.com or through your account dashboard.
- After the trial ends and payment is processed, cancellation will only stop auto-renewal for the next cycle; no refunds for the current year are provided.
4. Integrations, Third-Party Fees, and Hardware
- Fees charged by third-party integrations (payment gateways, delivery apps, accounting tools) are not refundable by us.
- Any hardware (if offered) follows its own sales/return terms and manufacturer warranties.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by Indian law. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
